... here I am back at LJ. Maybe it's a new year thing, who knows, but I've thought more about coming back here. I remember when this was THE thing and it seemed more interesting to read others' longer posts. I never check Twitter because it just seems like an endless series of name drops and retweets and nonsense, but hasn't FB become that anyway

I find a lot more creativity and inspiration on LJ (other costumers and some groups). Facebook is so angsty. It's a good promotional tool, but otherwise it's all about MY opinion and if you don't agree you can UNFRIEND ME RIGHT NOW blah blah... And honestly, I hate that I'm on it so damned much. I should find a more productive way to waste time.
