This site's quiet over the summer. Aw well.

I got sent a late fee notice for tuition that I paid on time. According to the Student Business Services people, this has been happening to a lot of people.

Anyone else had this happen? I wonder if I should've gotten something in writing to say that I don't owe them anything.

It happened to me as well. I'm sure they have documentation saying the exact time and date that the bill was paid. In my case, I sent them in a check and the date and everything was on the check so the issue was rectified (ONLY after repeatedly complaining - of course, because that's the only way you can get things done with UMBC)
