I wondered what kept the cow from moving...I mean before the truck was driven out from under her and her legs and pelvis was broken. It's amazing how the stockyard operator could be so cold about it. Being around systematic killing really can make you cynical about things. Or maybe I'm giving him too much credit? Maybe that's what makes him "effective" at his job...

The chickens...people accuse Hitler for mass-murder? I guess it's easier for the corporate executives to hire other people for their work and not have to face what they're doing themselves.

100 million a year...so every three years the same number of pigs die as the number of people in america...first world...civilized...

I shouldn't be a hypocrite, though...

i wonder too....i did really think about it until you brought it up
we shouldn't even give a single thought on that man...just thinking about him laughing is awful.

...mm..::whimper:: bob...i don't mean to wound you with the mention of the dear thing..but...::cries:: i don't like you. I want to so those busy bodies take their families down to these places and just watch what they do. Watching would probably be enough. less..they be pure evil monsters...

we're all hypocrites, dan..i wonder why that is...i try not to be...but i often turn out to be one...

Elizabeth has often gotten mad at me and my opinions of wanting to eat meat and what not but seriously. you know how skinny i am. if i didn't eat meat, one: i'd REALLY become anorexic and two: i'm an athlete. I need my protein. so if i ever say anything to offend you and your vegetarianism dont take it too personal since you should also know i'm pretty straight forward and say what i think. plus, i've wanted to work with animals since i was a little kid. and i believe that God put so many of these animals on the earth to help us in many ways, one way being a source of food. but it says in the Bible Romans 14:13-23 says it's not a sin to eat meat and that the man who eats meat should not judge the man who doesn't. and the man who doesn't eat meat shouldn't judge the man who does. And now i think im done.

Christine..i wouldn't get mad at you for eating meat, you know i ain't like that. your view are your views and mine are mine..i won't force you to do anything. I just want to enlighten my friends of the information i find absolutely deplorable and despicable. i understand you need protein but there are plenty better sources for it than meat such as soy products, beans, etc. ..i doubt you would become anorexic because if that where the case i would have lost a gracious amount of weight and so would elizabeth

i'm sure animals were put here for a source of food but if that is so, are we not animals? who are we feeding? i suppose you could say viruses and bacteria but they don't really eat us do they? (i'm not even sure what many viruses or bacterias do...but...i doubt they eat us XD...do they?..x3..agh) anywhoo...i did not put this up to convince my friends to become vegetarians..or perhaps subconsciously i did x3 ..but yea...wasever man
