Having completed most of her work for the day, Umbridge is having one last cup of tea before heading to her home.

Sometime after finishing at the construction site for the day and going back to his room to change, Fraser was back, again, at the school.

He hadn't seen her leave so the logical conclusion was that she was in her office. Now, he just had to wait.
