HELP ME oh informative Livejournal friends.

Have a date in Auckland on Saturday night (the 30th) and want to make it special. Have dinner sorted but need something to do after dinner...

What the hell should I do?

um, shag?

hehehe

what about
a movie
a walk through some nice dimly lit park
drive up mt eden and look over the shitty, with ice cream
go to a bar for a drink
see if there's a gig you can catch
nice stroll around Mission Bay at night, with ice cream

which ever you end up doing

best of luck!

Thanks Mel, that's exactly what I wanted to know! Mission Bay or Mt Eden sounds like the go :-)

I wouldn't stroll through a dimly lit park, because all the ones in the CBD are not some much 'dimly lit' as they are 'not lit and fulled with rapeshadows'. That having been said, as Mel alluded to: Mt Eden has a spectacular view at night. You probably won't be the only ones there, but it's a nice place to establish mood.

Haha, rapeshadows. Awesome. Almost as awesome as surprise buttsecks. Mission Bay is definitely a nice option :)

Albert Park is alright though innit? I thought the place had security guards.

Definitely AVOID the domain after dark, unless there's a group of you.

Yeah, at least it's not filled with smelly gofficks these days. Or IS it?

Doug, go the Mission Baheeeey. You could get some desert from a s-wanky brasserie and eat it while looking out over the water. Then you could walk down by the water. Better yet, ask if you can take the desert to go and eat it by the water.
Walk-desert-view = Doug is a swish date.
