Apartment hunting

I just said no to the cutest apartment ever. It was in a wooden house and it had two floors, a small room upstairs and kitchen and bathroom downstairs. There were small cupboards here and there built into the walls. And it had two fire places! It was very rustic and pretty ( Read more... )

On the other side of the river and just across the railway. Pretty close to that big old factory building. The problem with that place is that there are very few places where you can get across the railway.

aaaw, such a shame! but yes, it was like, waaay too far from the nearest shop and waaaay to close to the alkis-hangabout place :/ and those are very inconvenient things in everyday life, don't really compensate for cute cupboards *nod*

Exactly. I do want a pretty and special place, but I don't want to have to be scared to walk home at night.

Ah... I used to go for walks around there since I was curious and lived close by. It is kinda difficult to get to like you said and sometimes walking around there made me nervous and I'm usually too stupid to get nervous about things like that :p so not a good neighbourhood was the point...

Sometimes being realistic really sucks.

It's all the stupid railway's fault. It it wasn't there blocking the way, the location would be perfect.
