A Firefly Festival. Fireflies are insects. This must be a celebration of insects that appear during the summer months. Am I correct?

Well, there are plenty of food stands and little games to play, or traditional dancing and drumming if you prefer that sort of thing. The best part of the festival is seeing all the beautiful traditional outfits people wear!

An annual celebration of the gathering of fireflies here in the summer. It's modeled to be like a Japanese cultural festival, I believe.
