My roommate's car was stolen again last night, but he spotted it down the street. Apparently the perps didn't feel like going very far. There is good news though. I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geiko.

Sounds like your roomate either got drunk and forgot where he parked it. Maybe he parked his car in a snow zone. Those guys usually only tow cars a few blocks from where they were found.
