i never realized the field was sponsored / owned / had that big hulking sign by capital one until today when i was walking past the field whereas all last year i lived in the cambridge community. was this something that happened lately or am i dumb and blind?

It used to be Chevy Chase Bank Field, until Chevy Chase got taken over by Capital One. All the signs and everything just got switched over this summer or put up really recently.
