I reccomend a journal. Two pages a day. About anything-- what happened that day, memories, thoughts about life, anything. I've kept a journal all year in Japan, since this is obviously a turning point of my life, and I'm glad I've done it.

And I also reccomend outlines. Those are quick and dirty, and give you a good view.

Lastly, notebooks. You can carry it around with you, write when the feeling strikes. I've started making little books-- cut a piece of paper in fourths, and staple the end, so it's like a tiny book-- very packable.

I know that coming back feeling. I know how complacency can take over and how parents can get in the way of thinking and self exploration.
You are working at F and W too? Hmm.. seems like a trend these days...
