Gachi means something happens often. Ex: Byouki gachi = often sick. Okuregachi = Often late. Yasumigachi = Often absent.

"Ya" is just a particle Kansai people use for emphasis. Like in standard Japanese, "Yo." They change basically everything to "ya" in Kansai. "Janai ka" becomes "Yanai ka." "Darou" becomes "yarou."

... and this is what I get for commenting without knowing context. Listening in on the first few minutes, I'm guessing that's the "gachi" you mean. Gachi is slang for like.... Real/Really? Kinda like 本当 & 本当に.

It's hard with these boys. I can never figure out if I don't understand something because it's a word I don't know, or because it's Kansai-ben. Or if they're just being weirdos and making stuff up. (They trip over their words a lot)
