Rules and FAQ

- Ordering items constitutes having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Must be a serious buyer - be prepared to pay for you items!
- I have a lot of patience and am generally a nice person but I will blacklist obnoxious buyers.
Shipping:
- Packages ship out on the weekdays. I try to ship the same day payment is complete but that is not always possible, but I always ship ASAP.
- Priority mail is preferred for large orders in the US.
- I ship worldwide, but I've had some bad experiences shipping to countries outside the US. If you live outside of the US I may not sell to you or need you to purchase tracking or insurance. It's nothing personal, I just hate loosing mail!
- Shipping and handling costs include delivery confirmation, packaging purchases, and the total weight of your package.
- If the shipping amount you paid was too high, a refund may be granted at my discretion.
- I do all that I can to protect against damage and loss, but I am not responsible for your package once the post office has it. Including all damages, lost or stolen packages. Insurance is not a necessity but is available to protect your order.
- I most often ship from the United States Postal Service unless convenience or price requires me to do otherwise.
- I ship from the US.
Payments:
- First come first serve!
- I accept most forms of payment!
- Please wait until total is confirmed before sending me payment.
- Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping.
Paypal:
- Please remit payment to me within three days of order total confirmation.
- A $5 minimum purchase is prefered for paypal payments because of paypal fees.
- I am a certified paypal seller and have been for many years.
- I accept Paypal from everywhere in the world.
- I must charge for tracking/delivery confirmation for all paypal purchases. This is a safe gaurd for the transaction.
Checks, Money Orders, Cash:
- Please remit these types of payment to me within seven days of order total confirmation.
- Send cash at your own risk. I have never had a problem with sending or receiving cash (except from liars!) but here are some tips to keep your money safe:
-- Plain envelope with neat writing. Fold bills in a piece of lined paper (include your username and items please!) and then in white paper to completely seal bills.
- I accept Money Orders from anywhere in the US and from Canada.
- I accept personal checks from anywhere in the US. Checks take the longest to clear so I wait seven business days before sending your package.
- Delivery confirmation may be omitted at your discretion for cash payments under $20, but is mandatory for checks and money order payments.
All Sales are Final!
- I am honest about my products and some are "as is."
- I do not accept returns or exchanges, except on a case by case basis.
- I am not responsible for buyers remorse.
- If there is an issue to be resolved, send me a message as immediately as possible and we will try to find a solution.
- If you have a question or concern about an item, inquire before you buy!
Feedback:
- Feedback respectfully left on the feedback page.
- I give good feedback to those who give it to me.
- I only give feedback to those who have a place to put it (you can link me!)
- I only give feedback after I have gotten it.
- I will not hide or edit feedback. Everyone needs to know who they are buying from!
Privacy:
- I do not share your information with anyone, and all orders in the comments are hidden to protect e-mails and other personal information.
- You may send a private message to order or inquire.
Freebies and Give-Aways!
- I always put freebies in your package as a thank you, but remember that the bigger the purchase, the bigger the freebie!
- Complaining about the freebie or other gifts to you is extremely rude. I don't have to give anything away for free, but I do because I truly appreciate my wonderful customers! The only reason I say this is because I've had this happen to me more than once, including leaving me negative feedback on eBay because they didn't like the free items...! Xu
Merchandise:
- All of my items come from a smoke free home.
- All of my items are new unless otherwise stated.
- Some items are "as is", used, or in other conditions besides new and will be labeled as such.
- Varying degrees of used items: Used (half or less of the product is missing), Gently Used (1/4 of the product or less is missing), Very Gently Used (very little of the product is missing, such as 5 sheets from a memo pad).
Blacklisting:
- I don't have any blacklisted buyers yet and I want to keep it that way!
- There are a few ways to get blacklisted:
• Ordering but not paying and not responding to any of my attempts to contact you.
• Constantly badgering me about prices, shipping and items and dragging the process of purchase on and on and on and then not paying.
• Unacceptable behavior such as profane language, verbal attack, or excessive rudeness towards me or in my feedback.
• Leaving me negative and unfair feedback for reasons that could have been sorted out, prevented, or show that the buyer completely disregarded the rules or failed to communicate issues with me before purchasing.
• Trying to scam me. I've been a seller for years and I know when this is happening so don't even try.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a purchase?
Go to the ORDER FORM page of this journal.
Copy and paste the Order Form into a text document.
Fill out the required fields as completely as possible.
Copy and paste the completed Order Form into a message to me; this can be a private message on Livejournal or Flickr, or can be in a screened comment in my journal.
I will reply to you and bill you.
Please do not continuously repost your order; don't worry, I will see it! All comments in my journal are hidden from all viewers unless I unscreen it which is meant to protect your privacy!
Please be prepared to send payment when you order, it makes the process go quicker and you get your new kawaii sooner!
How much is shipping?
Please see the Shipping info at the top of this page.
Here's a general idea:
- If you live in the US, the lowest shipping price for a small item in a small bubble wrap package is $3 which includes delivery confirmation.
- If you live outisde of the US, the lowest shipping price for a small item in a small bubble wrap package is $4.
- Remember that the more you add to your order, the heavier and more costly the packaging will be, but I still try to get the lowest shipping price available. Sometimes priority is cheaper, sometimes parcel, but mostly I get first class.
Do I have to get Delivery Confirmation? I'm really OK without it.
Yes. If you pay with Paypal, personal check or money order you must have delivery confirmation. It is proof that your item was shipped and provides tracking for your package so when you ask Where's my stuff!?!? We can look it up and see exactly where it is. The only way to forgo the delivery confirmation fee is with small cash payments under $20.
Will you hold items for me?
Yes, but: I do not automatically hold your items for you. If you need longer than three days to pay, please let me know and how long you need to hold the items. I won't hold items longer than seven business days, and I won't hold sale items. Asking me about prices or shipping doesn't constitute holding those items for you and someone else may purchase them if they are faster to pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please let me know right away so I can put items back on the market.
Can I get a lower price / better deal?
Not usually - I'm already selling my items at as low of prices as I can afford and I give away free items a lot. I will have sales and such once and a while so keep an eye out for that. ;)
How much is this item? Why doesn't this item have a price?
If you see an item that doesn't have a price it is because I'm still deciding the price or it's been sold. (I update to "sold" status) You may make an offer for those items and I will consider it. Some of my items that say Make an Offer I have a reserve price for, but again, your price offer will be considered.
Why don't you have items up in your livejournal that I saw in your flickr?
I have to update five different websites with the same items so I may have just not gotten to my livejournal yet. I'm working on it! x_x;; That, or it might just not be for sale!
Do you want to trade?
Not right now. I am trying to get rid of things not get more of them, lol! I have to say that Im warming up to the idea though!
