Last time on umi_uta we had sad, mellow songs. :( BUT THIS TIME ITS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. :D Thats right, this weeks theme is Remixes! Everyone knows how cool remixes are. A good song to do some slight headbanging to. C:

Comments: OMG. Trance + Morning Musume = Super Energy Time! XD It sounds like your average trance song though, nothing horribly random in this mix. All the vocals are more or less the same, with some cool distortions sprinkled in it. The music part is the coolest part of it. They did take out Rikas speaking part though. If you like the original song, you should download this.

Comments: Yus, Chrono Trigger! I heart this game, and espically the music. This fan remix (taken from OverClocked Remix) is great. The overlaying beat is repeatative, but in a good way (like all good trance/techno/etc songs). Around the middle though it starts to change though, and it tones down the overlaying melody somewhat. I think it ends too early though. :( Even though the song is not quite trance, it does kinda have the same effect. :3

XD; Wow, that really paints a picture, doesnt it? By all means, its very jazzy and lighthearted. Very good for those summer days~

That by itself is reason enough to download this. :D That, and Butterfly is a awesome and immortal song from DDR.

Yay! Its got some great electric guitar in it.

Most of Hikkis English singles had strange remixes. >.>; This one is grand though. :D Theres not much vocal remixing, just the background music has a more club-like beat to it. Good to get your blood flowing if youre going to start danceing at a club or something~

I espically like the parts where the bpm slow down, at 0:20 seconds, 0:35-0:59 seconds, and the big BOOM at the end. That boom is like, symbolic. its like YES YOU HAVE REACHED THE END OF THE SONG. Also im putting this song up in celebrateing my victory over it a couple of weeks ago! :D Im a hardc0r3 l33t DDR player, that i am, bwaha. (its not THAT hard...at least not to me...>.>;). D: I do like this song though, dont get me wrong, its one of my favorites (even if it does make me feel like im about to pass out everytime i play it @@;). Its fast paced and sounds like a song they would play in the background in a ER episode when they were trying to save someones life, lol. Comments: OMG ITS PARANOiA EVERYONE RUN. Really, the PARANOiA series of songs strikes fear into so many DDR players hearts. D: I think this is one of the best remixes of it though. I espically like the parts where the bpm slow down, at 0:20 seconds, 0:35-0:59 seconds, and the big BOOM at the end. That boom is like, symbolic. its like YES YOU HAVE REACHED THE END OF THE SONG. Also im putting this song up in celebrateing my victory over it a couple of weeks ago! :D Im a hardc0r3 l33t DDR player, that i am, bwaha. (its not THAT hard...at least not to me...>.>;). Featured on DDR Extreme2 (aka 9th mix) for the PS2.

Comments: The immortal theme of Kraids Lair from Metroid. This is one of my favorite games, and also, my favorite theme from it. Its so awesome. This remix is so cool, its my favoite. ^_^ A offical OCRemix.org review: "This Metroid track features percussion that heavily relies on a rimshot and not a snare, which keeps it from sounding too upbeat and givesit what I feel is a more laid back, film quality. There's atmosphericwhooshes and 'space sounds' that appropriately act as a sonic blanketfor the main melody, which is played by a nice distort-guitar.
