as always, pics are so cool to look at. As for a Halloween costume for 6-12 people heres the first one - South Park. Why? Because there are enough well known characters now that its easy to find one that fits each person. Second - X/1999 - Each character varies drastically and there are enough dragons of heaven and earth to chose. With 12 you can do half dragons of heaven and the other of earth. Hopefully you know the manga or tv series/movie though. More ideas to come my friend.
