I don't know if I agree with your assessment of costuming. What was with Alice in Italy? Also the floaty Edward apparitions were a bit ridiculous.

You're right, Alice's coat in Italy was terrible. I actually liked the apparitions though. I thought they were a good way to adart the book to a visual format.

alice's hair was a lot more fun in the first film, this wig looked like it had crawled onto her skull and then died.

a lot more shirtless menfolk in this one. naturally.

I really, really, really enjoyed the flashforward to vampire Bella. Someone said that was in the first film but maybe I missed it? What do you think? - and the flashbacks were useful to telling the story and not lame-o.
