The echocardio showed two small spots on my heart that weren't moving quite right, but he didn't seem too worried, so I guess I'll be around a little while longer. Gotta have more test done in a couple of weeks.

They want me to give up smoking, women, and drinking...
... OK, I'll give up smoking :)

the no smoking won't be hard, I haven't done that in 20 years either, and I kinda gave up on women a long time ago too.
but drinking will be very hard to give up!

I think of old synesius elected

give up his wife,hunting and
philosophy(ie his neoplatonic
studies) he replied that he would
miss his wife and she and the hunting
dogs would be sad but he would not
give up philosophy.
