Good job on the mask! I think it came out awsome, really. As for white, I advise a pan foundation by Mehron. It's the brand professional clowns use and you should be able to find it in costume stores.
you did a great job and I think those colors look awesome on you to boot!
Usually when I'm doing black lips I find it MUCH easier to work with a smolder eye kohl, and I know others that like working w/ engraved powerpoint, but that's not as black so I prefer smolder. Also, shivering white studio fix from the Pro store is an amazing white foundation--I use it as my highlighter all the time, too.
thanky! ooh, I actually have Shivering White Studio Fix, White Face & Body Foundation and also The White Hyper Real Pressed Powder ;) I didn't have any success with these before, but maybe I'll try again...or hit up the local Costume shop :)
Give it another chance! I love Shivering white. When I'm doing a white face, I like to mix my own foundation w/ white full coverage foundation (so it's not so so stark raving white) and set it w/ invisible set powder (or blot if that's what you use), and then I put the shivering white in my highlight areas--cheek bones, nose, brow, cupids bow, chin. It makes for a really nice and more believable whiteface. b/c believe me, if your face is too too white you best be painting your neck and chest just the same, or else it looks ridiculous in pictures. you're gonna look awesome for halloween though--make sure you take tons of pictures!
I suck. I didn't end up wearing this mask out...but hey, at least I know I can do it! I did however, take your advice on the white face make-up-as far as Studio Fix goes...
