So, I bought the South Beach Diet book tonight. I had it in CA but figured I'd re-buy it instead of having my mother in-law ship it out to me. It's a lot like Atkins but much safer. I love the South Beach Diet. It's very sensible and works, at least it did for me while I was actually doing it... Another eating plan I had success with is [Suzanne Somers] Somersize. I know it sounds cheesy, but the plan makes a lot of sense and has the same principles with glycemic index and insulin levels as SBD. It also incorporates more food combining prinicpals. I lost 23 lbs. with that one, but once again I stopped doing it and the weight slowly but surely crept back. Working in a mall didn't help much either. But I've recently renewed my gym membership and am starting a program of 'therapeutic fitness' (my term). And the diet... well that will fall into place. But exercise is my big obstacle, so first things first ( ... )

Good for you hun!!! You can do it. You got this far and you can keep it going. Don't worry it will happen.
