Looking at graduate schools totally stresses me out. I'm thinking of not going for French, since the probability of my actually using French in a daily job is very slim. I'm looking into journalism/communications programs, since I've always liked to write and it would be interesting to write for a magazine or a paper. I registered for the GREs last

I can sorta understand undergrads being well-rounded but grad school is pretty much subject specific. If you master's isn't in math and science why should that count so much. It never made sense to me. I hate math as much as you do.
