My new bed came to the house a few days ago. New bedframe, new boxspring, new mattress, same featherbed. Plus new sheets and a new throw. I can't wait to see how comfy it is. I love my bed. I don't believe in ghosts or spirit either but sometimes things happen that make you wonder. You should have told Josh that bird was sent to watch over him while you were away. I think that would be romantic.

Can you ship some of your stuff home before you leave? That would help with the airpline weight limits.

Darren and I have a queen and we like it. We may get a king someday if we ever have a bedroom with enough space for it. I love going to sleep in his arms but if we stay that way, we both end up not sleeping well.

It's incredible how expensive it is to ship things to the US from here. A 5 lb. box can cost upwards of $40. For that much, I'd rather shell out the $50 and shove another 20 lbs. into my suitcase.

If we're in his bed, normally I fall asleep while he's holding me but we always separate during the night. We both have our own funny sleeping positions and it just doesn't work if we're curled up together. By the time we wake up in the morning (I always wake up before him), he's spread-eagle over the whole bed and I'm huddled up in a corner.
