straight egde seems to me to be about self-control and not getting bad things in your system or mind.

but what about gambling? anything against that? you can get addicted to it, could possibly ruin your life, and toy with your mind.

i never heard of this being unedge. just a thought.

you brought up a really really good point. different people have different interpretations... i myself am not going to tell somebody that they are not edge because they gamble, because i think it's just an interpretation for me... i dont gamble and won't but i dont think it relates to me being straight edge. it's just another seperate decision.

i work at a gas station in my town and we distribute the lottery.
i never knew how much of a problem it is for some people until i worked there.
its disgusting to see these people come in day after day, spending hundreds of dollars a week on superlotto and megamillions.

i am against it. im not edge.

..........that IS quite a problem. i'm surprised, i never heard of someone spending so much on lottery tickets. =/
