Raven! Well, they haven't talked a lot lately - partially because Raguel is afraid that Raven will give him courting advice that's TMI. XD It's a little strange - he still has this weird idea of Raven being on a similar level with Zephkiel as well as the view of Raven as his girlfriend's BFF. It's hard to reconcile. But I think they will be back on their old footing soon enough ( ... )

Hee hee hee. I love all of this.

The lifetime of getting to know each other (in the present where one of them, at least, is sane) is entirely possible still! It will take her, uh, a while to work past the future-timeline stuff, but it's not impossible. Since she is aware that it's not really the fault of the Milliways version. Except in a long-range indirect way.

And I LOVE that he thinks they're great friends in the future. Oh, Raguel. You so crazy.

Hmmmm. Well, at the time he took the plunge he still was not thinking very rationally - something along the lines of hurry up before you change your mind - but still, it was something that had been building up for a while and if he didn't jump when she gave him a sort of 'last chance,' he wasn't going to. And he's not sorry he did. He's worried, though, that he's doing something wrong. He hasn't ever had the sort of relationship where either party is free to sort of shop around. I can't see him doing it, but he does feel that Coyote should and is both anxious and relieved when he sees that she does. He's walking a very fine line, ethereally speaking ahahaha, with rejecting love as he understands it and still caring a great deal about Coyote.

He still isn't sure that she understands - really understands - that he kills people for someone else's revenge. Killing is what he does and what he is and surely anyone who's going to call him a - whatever she calls him - should understand that. So that's another reason for all the ( ... )
