Well so far so good, i've had the patch on for 2 hours..the first hour it itched like crazy and was really red, but it's better now. I'm feeling really nauseated though.
Not gonna lie I KINDA want a cigarette but I'm not going out of my mind. I think this might work.

i bought the seven day pack, you have to wear it for 24 hours.

no that would be nice, it's three steps. it's kinda expensive so i thought i would buy the step one seven day pack and then see if i then needed to go to the next step or if i could just quit solo
