I hate that they don't need a clarinetist. It made me very sad when Jennifer told me that. oh well. there's always college.

Though, to add, it makes sense that they wouldn't need many clarinets, given that it's a much more jazz/big band heavy musical.

I'm assuming you know about Studio 60 on The Sunset Strip, the new tv show that starts in the fall that Bradley Whitford is in? If I can't have more West Wing, this should at least make me almost as happy (fingers crossed).
