Kathy WAS majorly annoying. Although the other actors involved prevented me from having too many issues with the obvious flaws with the script. I'll watch Gregory Peck in just about anything. Also get a huge kick out of the fact that his son is played by Dean Stockwell...a.k.a. Al from Quantum Leap!
