David's been in the Nexus long enough to have seen weirder things than Rau. He doesn't give her a lot of thought, aside from being that giant alien who fucked up a lot of zombies in the end there.
He's also aware that he offends her, but honestly, he chalks that up to his undeniably bad reputation.
David initially figured his deal with Rebecca was some kind of friends with benefits thing (and, well, it does piss Kevin off, which is always a bonus), but it appears to be moving in a more serious direction.
He's not sure how to feel about that, because Rebecca's the diametric opposite of most of the women he's ever been with: she's smarter than he would've imagined was possible, she's incredibly competent (David will have a very clear image of Rebecca strangling that mercenary until the day he dies), and she's a genuinely nice girl.
Basically, he's pretty sure that she's either slumming or romanticizing him, but he's not going to say anything. If she's like any other woman he's ever known, she'll figure that out on her own eventually.
David simply doesn't like Kevin. It's really pretty simple.
The reasons are mostly having to do with Kevin's loudmouthed desire to be the alpha male in any given situation, and Kevin's seeming need to fill perfectly good silences with useless chatter.
David participates in this just as much as Kevin does, because he could've explained at any time that Kevin's pissing him off, but honestly can't be bothered.

Derek shut up, didn't talk a lot, and got things done when they were in the field. David thinks he's all right.
