I'm a sucker for h/c, so this was divine. Love Eric's loyalty and how he stood up for his man even if it meant he'd be outed. Also, love Eleanor. I hope to see more of her!

Love h/c too. I'm open to suggestions for Eleanor . . . The next (and last, that I know of for now, at least) two fics are post movie, and she's kinda gone by then.

I simply have to see this film - the fics for it are so intriguing. Is Eleanor a film character or your own creation?

Eleanor is mine; I made her up in the first fic I wrote about the start of the relationship. The movie is about Sam and Eric taking in the son of Sam's brother's ex. I would say it's a family film, and the focus is not on the guys' relationship. Some people have (rightly) pointed out that it's not really a movie that you would think would give rise to fan fiction, which is probably why I only found a total of 5 other fics before I started writing. But I got an idea stuck in my head, found a few kind and encouraging readers, and I've been here ever since. Before Shelter I hadn't written since my first yr of college, so I'm kinda just goin' with the flow for now.
