Omg. Yes. The pumpkin-mini-cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting were beyond tempting at Target today.

I saw the most beautiful young cat at a yard sale the other day (for free). Perfect tuxedo markings, long but not fluffy fur. I was strong though. We don't have time for the cats we already have. The woman there had enough English to offer "You like cats? You take?" and I had enough Spanish to refuse. "No mas gatos. Tengo dos gatos. No mas, gracias."

Ugh, cats cats cats. I have 3 goofy little rescues and despite me saying repeatedly "I hate cats, I'm a dog person," we didn't stop 2 cats ago. Hence all the dogs, also.

You're the only one who will understand this, but not seeing my dog is making me a bad person. I am getting mad at people with service dogs because I want to pet them but I can't and I'm like, LOOK AT THESE PEOPLE NOT LETTING ME PET THEIR DOGS when, like, their working dogs. I need canine companionship stat.
