I'm sorry for the sick kitty. :( Rachel stopped eating before we learned that she had kidney failure. She was less than 4 pounds when we took her to the vet. :(

Casey was 9.46 pounds tonight. And for a cat who should weigh about 28, that's a very small boy. He's pretty frail, but still pretty responsive. We'll see what happens when the lab gets back to me :\

:( Poor kitty. I am super glad to hear he's eating again, though! I hope whatever he has comes with a solution--the easier the better--that allows him to live a long, happy life. <3

Hmm. Are you sure he wasn't just not eating so he wouldn't have to live with you any longer? It's what I would do.
