what kind of workouts do you do? and if i can ask how much have you gain what was your weight b4? i think i've already gained 10lbs or more i can't stop eating
well i got really bad nausea at the beginning so I lost 7 lbs ... im slowly gaining again I was 152 lbsthen i went down to 145lbs and now I balance between 150 and 152 depends on the day .. but eating is a chore I just don't feel like it. I only eat coz I have to ..
I walk briskly on the threadmill in an incline for 30 minutes and I do bike for 30 minutes ... but like I said I only started doing that now ... before I would just take a 30 minute walk outside and im gonna sign up for swimming in december !

sure i'll add you but i don't really talk about food heh .. i've had a rough relationship with food for the past 5 months ... things are not as bad as they used to be .. but it's still hard to want to eat ...
