Saw most of Advent Children at Mikes today. Didn't get to watch the end..but it was still pretty damn good to me. Certainly better then I expected (and heard). And maybe that's because FF7 was my favorite of the series. While there were a few things I didn't really care for (like the seemingly long/boring dialogue scenes), overall, I thought

Story was totally worthless, a joke. Just eye candy. But it's nice eye candy, it looks incredible, but I don't even know why they bothered with a story. So pitiful...

Yes, expecically when compared to the story of the acutual game. But the eye made up for any lacking. I was in awe when I saw how beautiful it was.

Hell yeah. The FFVII charries could kick the ass of all 8,9,10, and FX-2 bitches. Expecially Tidus. Ugh.

I like 2, 6, and 7. But when it comes down to it, FF7 has always been my favorite. It was the first game I got for PS1, and was probably my first real video game obession (and I was only 7 or 8 when I got it). So I guess it holds a special place in my heart. Ha.

I know what you mean. I feel the same way about Chrono Trigger. I used to have it for SNES but Derek GAVE IT AWAY! God dammit. I'm still angry about that.
