I just saw all the new uploads from Corpus Invictus and have been slowly making my way through them. I kinda love any story with Spock Prime, so I'll be sure to check out the longer one you just recced.

OH! Upon checking it out I believe I have read The End Has Not Yet Been Written. I remember the Kolinahr story very well.

Ooo...well depending on how you feel about angst! and bittersweet endings, I'd rec Half of My Heart. She writes angst so well.

Can I be honest here...I can't wait until ST fandom explodes in two months. It's going to be amazing :)

ETA: Yeah it's the Kolinahr one :) I love Spock Prime, and I loved him in that.

Angst is something I do not shy away from! I totally read that one yesterday and loved it! Though of course one always wants more.

I am patiently awaiting the swell of new fic. So excited.
I'm also keeping my eye on a couple of ST BBs, I'm almost 100% sure I want to sign on as an artist when they start opening for business.

Yay! I'm glad you're thinking of participating! I'm hoping to write a BB--well, there's a good chance I will...it's Sulu/Uhura and I'm super-excited about it---I have outlines and already started writing so...

There's also a K/S Big Bang that was started last year, if that's something of interest and I'm pretty sure they're going to do it again this year :)

Let me know if you want more bittersweet/angsty fics---I made a list a while ago for someone on the K/S comm.

Squeeing posts about Trek-related things are definitely something I want to do more of and guh! can't wait for all the fic!

BTW, how did you find the space opera Merlin one? I feel like it might have been a hit & miss for some people so am curious.

I really liked the creativity of giving Merlin a different power but with the same results in the wider community.

Yes, I think that's one of the major reasons why I really enjoyed this fic. Very few people has been creative about the magic whenever writing canon or AUs so it was great to see that here. And yeah, liked how Morgana was characterized in this as well.

You know you want to be distracted^^ A lot of these, you've probably read...and I have strange reading tastes depending on my mood?

Also, there will be more I hope since three more fests are going to go live in the next few weeks :)
