That's a military sniper's motto, brought to my attention by a minor news item about a student group that got questioned over its support of 'adoptasniper.org' (see the Dog Tags at http://americansnipers.org/products.htm). How does it fit into what's been happening with me?

Yeah. Like I said, I would've handled it like that from the beginning if I'd known that I'd be home at the end. It seems like that is the absolute best thing to do with big-ticket items.. putting in a bid early just encourages other people to get competitive and drive the price up higher.
