Oh AND, I was checking out the webpage of one of my former French professors, and I also found her husband's webpage (he teaches Arabic and French) and it turns out he was an Arabic consultant for an Errol Morris film!

The NYU CGA has these events called "Politics and Art in Cinema" every couple of weeks. The next two films they are showing are both from Hong Kong. (Blind Shaft on Feb 27th and Still Life on April 2nd). Sound like something you'd be interested in?
