your work really strikes me as Christopher Moore-esque or influenced. I love the first line of the book A Dirty Job:
"Charlie Asher walked the earth like an ant walks on the surface of water, as if the slightest misstep might send him plummeting through the surface to be sucked to the depths below."

Anyway, you're fucking amazing, and have inspired me to stop being lazy and to get back to work on the process of adapting one of his books into a screenplay.

I love A Dirty Job. My favorite Moore by far. I think I'm not as... hmm, ruthless? Maybe? As Moore tends to be, but he's a funny guy, so thanks!

Which are you adapting? Because seriously, the last time I read A Dirty Job, I was casting people in my head. It would make an awesome movie. Andrew Scott for Charlie.
