Was really what our chocolate-covered strawberry-making adventure should have been called :P  Doesn't sound hard, right?  I don't remember it being hard in the past, and the silly recipie made it sound so easy

Also, you can melt chocolate on the stove, in a double boiler....

I've always used a regular saucepan on low (low low) heat while stirring often. It's always worked out pretty well.
