They appeared on my laptop, personally. I can't open it. Shoes are probably a much less pleasant place to find flowers, though.

Well, they've turned into clouds of sparkly dust that poof up when I walk; I can't tell if that's an improvement or not. I think a laptop would probably be a more annoying place for flowers/dust.

For me, they only bloomed on the surface, so there's no internal damage. At least with the dust I can get most of it off, though it's still very... sparkly.
