the scanner wonked out some of the color, but for the most part they are true to what they appear.
kool aid dying so much fun!!! and easy! i highly recommend doing it!!! *warning* it can be addictive!! ~i did alla that in the majority of an afternoon & part of the evening. (with childrens in tow)... and that is saying LOTS! since my children never seem to want me to do anything but be at their beck and call 24/7... ha.
i'm not selling them (but i'm tossing around the idea of selling them at the farmers market this summer... the one i always think about doing but NEVER DO, yea, that one. ha) they are very color fast. (i've made felted bags out of them that held their color better than commertialy dyed yarn.) they may fade a bit, but for some of the colors that is desirable.
how you managed to do all of that with the kids present is beyond me! okay, that's because i can only do one thing at a time, and watching the kids and dying yarn would be highly unlikely to happen without me losing my temper, lol.
i like the one on top best, and you should totally have a booth at the market! aprons and yarn things would sell very, very well ya know.
