Summary: Neil hosts the little get together and discussion he suggested.

After a slightly awkward though overall pleasant supper, Neil made off to the Library. He passed through the garden just as the sun was setting, making him right on time. Trying to walk slowly and look as nonchalant as possible, he pushed through the doors into the library, and pulled a folded piece of paper out of his pocket as he made his way to wait for the others in a quiet corner. He scratched the back of his head, feeling a little nervous about the whole thing. Really, he wanted plenty of people to show up but he was concerned that too big of a gathering would attract negative attention, and it was indeed common and out in the open knowledge that he had organized this little get together. None the less it was something he felt had to be done and he was more than willing to take the fall for heading it all up.
Leaning against a wall, he kept an eye out for people that looked like they were here for his purpose.
