1) I didn't know you listened to the Deftones 2) It's called money. You forget that all those lovely NPR and BBC programs cost money to buy and broadcast. Classical music costs almost nothing, since there are no royalties to pay. For an underfunded station, it's the only feasible option. You want your talk radio back? Have the government subsidize and fully fund all NPR stations.
