Yeah...a lot of shit happened today.
Sadly, I have 20 minutes to cram it all in to.
I doubt I'll finish everything, but here's the most of it.
It's Monday. Mondays were designed--hell, PLANNED to suck. People all over the world have dreaded going to sleep on a Sunday--solely because Monday follows it. Bureacrats marry on Mondays and some people commit massive murders just out of spite for such a horrendous day.
Surprisingly, mine wasn't too bad.
I didn't have to go to school because of a CP Bio field trip to the Zoo.
Hooray. A chance to get in touch with my inner child.
Too bad he died.
Anyway. I left Freshmen Band around 9:00 and departed for the cafeteria. I was completely fucking lost.
Luckily, Anthony came up to me and told me I was in his group. Thank god. I was afraid I'd be alone.
Well, not alone, but not with my friends.
The bus ride was ridiculously short. I could have sworn that Detroit was a lot farther away...oh well, I was wrong. The bus driver probably ran a few reds along the way, but...fast is good, right? definitely. Screw pedestrian safety! They shouldn't be walking anyway! Pollute the air, you PETA joining motherfuckers!
Anthony and I weren't alone. Robert Baranski was also in our group (well, with the same chaperone anyway), so he got to be a joy to all of us along the way. One of the Quinn sisters was with us too...but she's preppy. ugh. Turns out Jode was in our group (which struck fear into the bowels of my heart), but I didn't notice her for a long time...
Anthony and I stuck together in the beginning. I wasn't talking a whole lot--still warming up to people. I mainly listened to Dimmu and made references to my brother of which he deserves. The penguinarium smelled horrible. I'm fairly sure that everyone was complaining. Eventually, I started dancing on stumps and doing guitar solos, which is when I first learned of Jode's existance. I shrugged her away most of the time, basically misjudging her. Anthony and I stayed together until someone hit the button on this disgustingly annoying voicebox that blurted out stupid facts about whatever animal was on display. I punched it a few times...
After wandering around in circles for about an hour, we found the groundhogs. I noticed one of those stupid-ass button things and immediately blocked it so no one could fucking press it. Naturally, Anthony tried to get me off of it to hear it...but he gave up. Jode, however, seemed a lot more determined to learn that stupid song. I had to fend her off at every turn because she kept stabbing at the button. After that, we talked a lot more...about nothing in particular. I was hyper, too, so I was dancing around and hoppinng on shit, sometimes even skipping. It was weird. No other girl in existance would ever put up with my retarded happy dancing bullshit, but Jode was fixated. Even when our group was leaving, she'd wait for me to calm down before moving on. Touching.
Lunchtime rolled by, and I wasn't really hungry. I ended up spending $7.25 on a wilted salad and a medium Sprite. I couldn't eat the salad...all the lettuce was black and dying. Same with everything else. I finished the pop and I talked to Anthony about the anatomy of lesbians and my wonder of how they manage to get in such positions without getting kicked in the face. We decided to test whether or not lesbians enjoyed pancakes, but Jode seemed pretty serious about remaining heterosexual. How boring. Lesbians make everything better. Everything.
Lunch ended and I was still hyper as a motherfucker. I hopped over fences, screamed at birds, danced, did my guitar solos, jumped on people, and overall made myself look like a hobo who had a bit too much to drink. I think Anthony was entertained though, so my mission was complete. I kicked a tree (just because I was at a low state of understanding), so Jode went up and kicked me back. It hurt my feelings. She apologized later and hugged me. So it's all good.
My memory sucks and I can't remember anything else.
Um. I think that's about it.
Oh. The jazz band did really well.
So did the percussion ensembles.
Kirk Wyatt hates all the trumpets now.
WE WERE JUST ENCOURAGING HIM.
WHAT A BITCH.
=[
Lor, I'm sorry we didn't talk much today.
Tomorrow. I promise.
VAL, UPDATE ALREADY.
Ah.
Long update.
yay for no school.
I'll probably have a lot of homework tomorrow.
ehhhhhhh
:/
Well, I'm exhausted, my feet hurt, and I have a headache (first one in months).
But, today was definitely one to remember.
I thank everyone who made it this way. ^__^
Goodnight.
