Well, last year's event was a lot of fun, but it defiantly fell short of any goals I had set in my mind (aside from to get drunk, but not too drunk,) the week before it happened, I decided just to hold it at the house on Fee St. to make sure people would actually show up. I was assuming it might be cold, (which it wasn't) and I could'nt think of anywhere we could have it and not be hassled about having a fire. Or being drunk in public. My original intent had been to find some random spot in the woods, build a fire, watch the skies and let insanity/hillarity ensue. I had envisioned at least three events, an open event, and two more private events with smaller, selected groups. Ideally, I wanted to try and make the events coincide with some sort of meterological science, but I have been unable to find any websites that attempt to predict first snows by region. Or at all. And of course there's the matter of funding, which limits things somewhat. Last year I picked November 10 because it coincided with my pay day
