So I'm watching TV and all of a sudden, my regularly scheduled programming is interrupted. A flash flood warning is in effect for San Diego County. Excuse me? Not only is it not raining, but the sky is bright and sunny. Is someone messing with my druggafied(word care of Steph) brain again
