One week without a smoke and I'm feeling great.

Well 24 hours w/o a smoke and I am feeling pretty good.

Well today is the day I smoke my last cigarette. Today is the day I truly start preparing for the Michigan State Police Academy. I'm gonna finally break it this time.

As of right now please do not call my old 206 number I am getting broadband phone through vonage because it is a little bit easier to use and costs just a tiny bit more. (Nice plug huh?)

Damn glad I graduated almost three years ago. My little brother has to put up with all the drama and bullshit that I had to put up with. His high school hockey team as made it to the MHSAA Div. 1 state quarter finals. And in pretty convincing (sp?) fashion, beating Kingsford 12-2 (I think) and Negaunee 5-0.
