Thighs of rubber

 For my athletically inclined friends:

Today I stepped up and down off of a 14 inch high step at the rate of 120 steps per minute (up, up, down, down) for 5 straight minutes. Any of you want tot ry it and tell me what your thighs feel like? You can find an on-line metronome if yoou need help. You can switch the step up foot.

We got to take a break from ab-killing and push-ups until we can't push no more this week... and it was just various leg-lifts. I thought that was pretty cool, because it didn't kill as much as abs do (I wonder why abs have to suck that much?) but when the instructor called attention and we had to run up and get in line, I felt like a drugged Reed Richards. Damn near plowed into a wall. ;-)
