For my athletically inclined friends:
Today I stepped up and down off of a 14 inch high step at the rate of 120 steps per minute (up, up, down, down) for 5 straight minutes. Any of you want tot ry it and tell me what your thighs feel like? You can find an on-line metronome if yoou need help. You can switch the step up foot.
