In comedy pants news, I have not yet adapted to buying trouser-like clothing that fits (because sometimes it's hard to keep up with how fast my body's changing) and now I have to revise the numbers I'd been using because the other day I found out that I can put these jeans on without unbuttoning them first

Nope, still funny, haha.
I advise the application of a belt, and an immediate trip to somewhere with discount pants/jeans/slacks/leg covers. That way, if you all the sudden switch sizes again, you don't feel bad about having fancy pants :)

I feel like I shouldn't laugh since it is your only pair of pants, since I know what that kind of discovery is like from previous experience.... Agreeing with kj_shredder on this one. A belt sounds like it is definitely needed.
