How'd you know it was Moores?

4 pairs of pants, a new pair of court shoes, 6 shirts and a jacket

I laugh because if given the choice I could most certainly spend twice that much in under an hour. :P

Yeah, but the most expensive piece I bought was like 120 for a pair of leather loafers

It blew my sister's mind.

I think she was amazed at the "surgical strike" nature of it.

I went in, told the guy the sizes and cuts and we had the package assembled in minutes, really.

I recently schooled one of my male friends in the importance of quality hangers, particularly trouser hangers. I think it counts as some small good deed toward preserving the art of manliness. (The part where it was preceded by me doing a ton of laundry because I was going to refold everything that didn't hang up anyway may take slightly away from that.)

I agree. Nice thick ones and wood if possible.

I got as far as ensuring the best quality wardrobe items were on good hangers, but I'll be bringing a hanging sweater bag and more trouser hangers with me when I visit him next.

I ultimately ended up with nice thick plastic ones in Texas after getting hooked up through a friend that was a manager for a clothing line.

I didn't even spend that much on my wedding gown!

Although when I go to Penningtons, I can generally rack up a nice bill - but I get a lot for what I pay, since I tend to keep it to stuff that's on special!
