1. your choice of books for the meme is very interesting and i agree with some of them. atleast the ones i have read. like davinci code i couldn't put down. and what was great was that i finished on the train to paris so i got to see some of the things they mentioned in the book, which was really awesome.
That must've been so interesting to see Paris right after reading DaVinci Code. It's not really my favorite book, but I definitely couldn't put it down, it was really one of those fun ones.
However, A Separate Peace and my hatred toward it could probably be accounted toward an erratic ninth grade teacher who literally shoved the book down my class' throat. I might have liked it... maybe.
Yeah, I read Separate Peace when I was in ninth grade too, I think it's a requisite in many districts. It's not my absolute favorite book, but being the age I was it was very impacting at the time, and I did cry at the end. I think I had a bit of a crush on Phineas, the narrator's best friend. Okay, I had a raging crush on Phineas.

And Hemingway? I do not like Hemingway at all.

And Story of the Eye is definitely a creepy book. The most creepy part of it is that age of the characters, yikes.
