I know some Canadian literature (especially since we have to study it throughout high school) and I know about some Polish literature.
How would you want to list the categories? In one post like we would with recommended reads?

I also want to encourage people to post on categories that they have been wanting to read about. so they don't have to neccessarily know anything about it.

So dig up your nominations for caribbean authors and i will talk to the other maintainers and most likely make it next months category.
feel free to make posts about the books you have read though. i am interesting in hearing all about them.

Ofcourse all posts won't have to stick to the category. you can still and are encouraged to post about whatever you are reading or whatever literary news etc that you want to post about.

I know this is undead authors, but I'd love to see us cover some known queer authors who very much covered up their sexuality at the time, like Henry James (if you're interested, I'm sure reading_x_rainbow would be interested in joining in the discussion).
I don't know about anyone else, but I'd also like to cover translations of modern foreign authors.
