well they do tend to cut a lot off to make your hair lighter so you dont' look like trailor hoochie barbie :P

I quit going to stylists and just go to the barber school to get my bangs trimmed. It's only $4 and I tip the chickie or the fella a buck. I never have to wait in a line and it's fast. The ends can go to Hell. The Gods bloomed me this way is what I figure so I just live with it...

I had something like that happen in a supposedly high end salon. At first, the girl was taking her time..then her friend showed up with her kids who were running around all crazy so she just started hacking away so she could take care of them. I'd wanted some layers in the front..and the bitch cut away half my freakin hair. I just recently got the rest of the layers cut even. Beauty schools do rock for cheap hair cuts and stuff like that.

my hair was my biggest problem i had in over 6 years of being in this country. i went to this one chick once for a trim, and she babbled in portuguese and i sorta nodded and went out of there with this weird-on-me haircut but it was cheap. i'd go home and redo it
